Wagonhound Land & Livestock will sell 100 head of Quarter Horses and 100 head of Red Angus heifers in September at its first production sale.

“After several years of building our remuda with some of the top bloodlines in the equine industry and campaigning our homebreds, we are ready to offer some of the top horses from our remuda in our first production sale,” said Wagonhound Land & Livestock owner
Art Nicholas.

In addition to the 100 head of Quarter Horses, approximately 100 head of bred Red Angus commercial heifers will be offered at auction Sept. 7. These 100 top females will be chosen from the 200,000-acre ranch’s foundation 2,500-head herd.

All horse and cattle buyers at the sale will be eligible for a drawing to win one of three Tim Cox prints. As an added bonus, a custom Cary Schwarz saddle will be presented to the winner of a drawing among the top 10 buyers determined by total sales on horses purchased.

The sale catalog will be available to view at www.wagonhound.com, and
