Accommodations
Reid Creek Lodge
Reid Creek Lodge will become your home away from home. The Lodge is ideal to foster connectedness among your group with thoughtfully planned common areas to spend your day spending time together. The 8,000 square foot lodge has seven beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodating up to 22 guests. Additional capacity is available in a variety of forms upon inquiry.

Hiking
The hiking options are literally limitless. Walk out your front door and choose your own adventure or follow the miles of trails to guide your exploration. Maybe you will find a shed horn along the way.
Horseback Riding
Wagonhound Land and Livestock is renowned for its award-winning American Quarter Horse, winning the AQHA Best Remuda Award in 2018. Cover unexplored ground on horseback or learn some tricks of the trade in the arena. Whether you are an experienced rider or a beginner, we have a trail and Wagonhound horse waiting for you.
Fishing
Whether an experienced fisherman or newly-minted angler, you will enjoy the lakes and streams for fly fishing or spinners.
Wagon Ride
In the foothills of Wagonhound Ranch riding in a wagon behind a hard-pulling team of Percheron horses is a breathtaking experience of the west.
Wildlife Viewing
Embark on your own safari to discover the abundance of wildlife that calls Wagonhound home. Our resident elk population tops 4,000. Pronghorn, deer, waterfowl, bald eagles, to name a very small few of the local species, all roam free right out your front door.
Shooting
You will find a full complement of shotguns, handguns, and rifles to satisfy all your target shooting needs. With the support of a shooting expert you can try your hand at a Skeet competition, the sporting clay course, or test your marksmanship on a dueling target tree. Supplemental charge will apply.
Sample Itinerary
Day 1
Morning
Saddle up at Reid Creek Barn for a scenic ride through Sawtooth Meadows, enjoy wildflowers and mountain vistas.
Afternoon
A leisurely afternoon at the lodge. Try your hand at the roping dummies, enjoy lawn games on the grounds, or simply relax on the porch with binoculars.
Evening
Cocktails and dinner at the lodge followed but stargazing from the hot tub.
Day 2
Morning
Head to Headquarters for pro-level sporting clays and skeet. From firsttimers to seasoned shooters, our instructors will have you breaking clays with confidence.
Afternoon
Return to the lodge for an unhurried lunch and rest. The best ranch days include doing absolutely nothing.
Evening
Mount up for a late-day ride along Spring Creek to one of the ranch’s hidden swimming holes—a refreshing reward after a day well spent.
Day 3
Morning
Bass fishing at Saddleback Lake, where the fishing is as rewarding as the scenery. Between casts, keep watch for herons, eagles, and other avian residents.
Afternoon
Lace up your boots for a hike through The Gorge, departing directly from the lodge. This dramatic canyon walk showcases the raw beauty of the high country.
Evening
Your final night concludes with a wagon ride led by Maverick and Goose, winding through the property for sunset cocktails and a proper Western send-off.
