This home is actually two houses that share a wall (there is no entrance from one into the other). One is known as the "Bear" and the other is the "Bull". They are identical mirrors of each other, each having two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with one queen bed. There is one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room, complete with fireplace. Each house has its own unscreened patio area with chairs and lounges in addition to its own screened porch with patio furniture overlooking a creek and picnic area. This gorgeous home has spectacular views from its large floor to ceiling windows which can be enjoyed while sitting next to the grand, centralized fireplace. It has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and another room with two bunk beds. Deer Meadows also has a kitchen, dining room, living room, and three bathrooms featuring claw foot and Jacuzzi tubs. The house comes equipped with other luxuries such as a surround sound system, BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit, picnic area, private pond, and an exercise bike located in the loft. There is also a large carport for storing your vehicles. It is equipped with internet, phone, and television. Price: $1,500
This house is situated in front of a beautiful, multicolored cliff face which has recently served as the backdrop on a painting by artist and friend of the ranch, Tim Cox. Eagle Catch has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, as well as two bathrooms. It has floor to ceiling windows with views that can be enjoyed from the dining or living room which center around a large stone fireplace. This home also features a loft, full kitchen, BBQ grill, picnic area, and sound system. Amenities include internet, phone, and TV. Price: $1,000
This is the largest of our guest houses. It is broken into a main part of the house and a seperate "guest" area that can be closed off - ideal for time alone away from the kids or a couple traveling with friends. The larger main part of the house has two living rooms, one bedroom with a queen bed, a dining room, a large kitchen, and a breakfast room. The smaller portion of the house has a minimal kitchen with a two burner stove. However, this is where most of the bedrooms are located as there are two rooms with queen beds and another with two twin beds. Other perks of this home are its sound system, exercise equipment, laundry room, big yard, two car garage, and scenic views. This home features full amenities: TV, phone, and internet. Price: $1,500
If you want a home with charm, this is the place for you. It has a rustic feel with old style appliances and fixtures. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. It also has a beautiful bathroom with a copper wash basin sink and stone shower. There is also a dining room and living room, complete with antler chandelier and fireplace. This house is ideal for the fisherman as it has its own private pond. Or, if relaxation is what you desire then take a seat on the large porch in one of the wicker chairs with views of Bald Mountain and the pond. This home has internet access and phone. Price: $1,000
This is another home perfect for the fishing enthusiast as it has its own private, stocked pond. This home has two bedrooms each with a queen bed and two bathrooms. It also includes a kitchen, dining room and breakfast nook. There are two living rooms: one with a fireplace and the other with a wood stove. Latham also has a two car garage. Amenities include TV, phone, and internet. Price: $750
As one of our most luxurious homes, Mountain Home also could be considered the most scenic. The floor to ceiling windows reveal granite slabs backed by forest, ridges, and mountains. This view can be enjoyed from the heated stone deck or the comfortable living or dining room. Additionally, there is a fireplace and beautiful kitchen complete with black granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and three bathrooms with jetted tubs. Other features of this home are its surround sound, outdoor grilling area with a countertop made from local granite, and a loft, perfect for settling down with a book. This house is in a great location for turkey hunting. Price: $2,000
Saddleback is the ultimate fishing cabin as a large pond is right outside your door. This home is styled much like Hay Press with the same rustic charm. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. It also has two bathrooms, full kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and a sitting room. This is the perfect place to get away from it all with no TV, phone, or internet. Price: $1,000
This home is located near Bear and Bull and the ranch headquarters. It is a large and beautiful home with a deck, two car garage, and laundry facilities. Schwiering has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the other with two twin beds, two and a half bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room, complete with fireplace. This home features internet connection, phone, and television. Price: $1,000
